I do hope that you enjoy my products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then I will be happy to issue a refund. Please send them back to me unused and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanation for your dissatisfaction, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as I have received the goods. To ensure delivery a tracking return is recommended.

Contact me at info@londonacupunk.com if you have any questions, concerns or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, I am unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.

If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send me an email to john@thelondonacupuncturist.com. Please note that if your order has been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs of the return.

Upon delivery please check your products carefully. If you think they are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email me straight away to info@londonacupunk.com with your concern. I will either resend the products or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

LondonAcupunk is based in the mainland UK, I can send orders to the UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and British Forces postal addresses. I can also ship worldwide, so if you're outside of these areas please get in touch at info@londonacupunk.com

Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day during the working week, during my busiest periods within two working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders placed at the weekends will not be dispatched until the next working day. It is sometimes the case that if you live in a very remote area or Northern Ireland, your parcel may take a day longer to arrive than the timescales I have quoted.

I use Evri delivery as they aim to deliver to UK mainland next working day. Larger orders will be shipped via courier, confirmation of which you will receive by email on the date of dispatch.
